Leading Through Culture Change
A private dinner discussion for insurance industry leaders navigating the human side of organizational change.
Culture doesn't change by memo. It changes through the leaders willing to sit down, name what isn't working, and think differently about what comes next. This Leadership Lab dinner brings a curated gathering of C-suite insurance executives together for an evening of candid, psychology-grounded conversation — no panels, no slides, no AI hype. Just senior leaders and two facilitators who have spent careers in the room where culture actually gets decided.

Built for the leaders shaping culture from the top
This dinner is intentionally small and intentionally senior. Every seat at the table is reserved for a leader who is personally accountable for how their organization moves through change.
C-Suite & Senior Executives
CEOs, COOs, CHROs, and division presidents in insurance carriers, brokerages, and reinsurers who are setting the cultural agenda for their organizations right now.
Leaders Mid-Transformation
Executives leading through M&A integration, generational leadership transitions, or a shift in how their organization defines performance and accountability.
Peer-Level Thinkers
Leaders who value candid, off-the-record conversation with true peers over another keynote — and who want a discussion grounded in real organizational challenges, not theory.
A different kind of executive room
Leadership Lab Format
This isn't a sponsored panel or a vendor pitch. It's a Berman Leadership Lab discussion — the same facilitated, action-learning format Berman Leadership has used with executive teams for two decades.
Grounded in Real Challenges
The conversation is built around the actual cultural friction insurance leaders face today — not abstract frameworks. Discovery over instruction. Dialogue over slides.
No AI Components
This is a human conversation about leading people through change — full stop. No AI tools, no technology demos, no digital transformation pitch. Just two facilitators and a select company of leaders in a room.
A sharper read on leading culture through change
A clearer read on your own culture
Structured, facilitated reflection on where your organization's culture is helping — or quietly working against — the change you're driving.
Perspective from true peers
Candid exchange with other senior insurance leaders facing comparable cultural and organizational pressure — off the record, no note-takers.
A working model for the conversations ahead
Practical language and a discussion structure you can bring back to your own leadership team when culture change conversations get difficult.
Direct access to two experienced facilitators
Real-time input from Michael Molinaro and Scott Serviss, not a scripted talk — the conversation goes where the room's challenges take it.
A private evening, done properly
An unhurried dinner at The Capital Grille in Hartford — the kind of room built for a private circle to speak freely.
A standing connection to the Berman network
An introduction to a community of senior leaders and coaches focused on influence and impact — with no obligation beyond the evening itself.
A curated gathering. One evening. A conversation that stays with you long after dessert.

Every Berman Leadership Lab is built on the same six principles — the reason this format produces sharper thinking than a traditional keynote or panel.

What to expect
Is this dinner really free?
Yes. This is a complimentary, invitation-only Leadership Lab dinner hosted by Berman Leadership Development. There is no fee to attend.
Is there any AI content in this session?
No. This is a Leadership Lab discussion focused entirely on leading people through culture change — no AI tools, platforms, or technology content are part of this program.
Why is attendance limited to a small group?
The Leadership Lab format depends on genuine dialogue. A curated gathering is the right size for every leader at the table to speak candidly and be heard — any larger and the conversation becomes a presentation.
Do I need to prepare anything in advance?
No formal preparation is required. Come ready to discuss the real cultural dynamics your organization is navigating — the conversation is built around the room.
Can I bring a colleague?
Because this is a private circle, additional guests are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact Alley Staffier directly if a colleague from your organization would like to be considered.
